In 1997, when our CEO, Mike Faith couldn’t find a good headset that shipped fast, with good service, he realized there was a market opportunity, and he set out to fill it.
Over 20 years later, Headsets.com has gone through different iterations and experienced highs and lows, but one thing has been consistent – it’s all about the headsets. We’ve grown to be one of the largest distributors of office headsets in the country, and have even started manufacturing headsets – Leitner Headsets.

Our mission is simple: We will be the #1 source for telephone/office headsets in North America - selling more headsets than anybody. We're best known for delivering world-class service, or, as we call it, “Customer Love.” When you call us you'll get a live, warm body 99% of the time (no phone trees). In the unlikely event, we have to call you back, it's within 2 hours. Email responses are always within an hour. Our Advisors aren't paid on commission. Instead, the team is rated on the feedback you give us.
We have over 30 team members spread across the U.S., with the majority based in either Nashville or San Francisco. We’re a focused, customer-loving group, boasting an average tenure of 5 years.
Our Headset Advisors undergo a minimum of 6-10 weeks of training to become experts in all aspects of office headsets. Most importantly, they learn how to lavish customers with a delicate balance of exceptional service, smarty-pants knowledge, and hilarious dad jokes.

Every year, we give all team members two paid days off when they go and do charity and volunteer work. Also, we’ve partnered with Soles4Souls, a Nashville-based charity that collects unwanted shoes and clothes for people in need, both in the U.S. and across the globe. Do you want to help?
