Raising and lowering ringer volume in (some) Nortel phones. -Press the Nortel button (usually on the right of the phone, kinda looks like a circle (picture below) -Next, press *(star) 80 (one at a time) -Now you can press up or down on the volume keys to raise and lower the ringer volume, respectively.
