While the Plantronics brand ear pads have been discontinued (along with the CS50 and CS55), we do have an earpad that will work :) Try Catalog # 1794 -- the Versamate Leatherette Sennheiser Ear Cushions. Those should work like a charm! OR they can upgrade to a Leitner. I mean, since they’re calling in and all ;)
