If the Customer is hearing an echo on their end with their Windows computer try this: 1. Right click on the speaker in the bottom right hand corner on your screen 2. Select sounds 3. Click on the recording tab 4. Select your device then select properties 5. Click on the Listen tab 6. de-select “listen to this device”.
