Hi Team, We have all seen this note ----> “Handset highly arched, for lifter use, needs velcro to make handset stay in place” when looking at compat. Sharon was able to give us a great example by putting some velcro on a Polycom phone. Please remember all phones are shaped differently. This is to help give an idea of where exactly the tape goes.
