[OFFICERUNNER DISCONTINUED] SOLUTION: Ensure BOTH power cords are connected properly. SCENARIO: OfficeRunner won’t even turn on when Phone mode is selected, but works fine on Computer mode. HERE’S WHY: The OfficeRunner will work okay on Computer mode with only the USB cord connected, but the base requires more power to use the Phone mode so the yellow power cord must be connected. IF BOTH CORDS APPEAR TO BE PLUGGED IN: Unplug the orange USB cable. If the lights on the front of the base black out, there’s an issue with the power cable in the yellow spot. Check the outlet end of it to make sure it’s plugged into a good spot.
