Well well well, that’s a sticky situation. The EHS for some brands (so far Polycom) will cause the primary headset to hang up on the last step of training when you’re supposed to hit the on/off button to pair the headsets together. If this happens, you’ll need to use the permanent registration steps to pair the headsets. They’ll then need to resync the 2nd headset back to its base when training time is over. Bonus! You can leave them this way overnight if you’re training for multiple days. Putting the 2nd headset back on its base to charge won’t unpair them. Pretty sweet if you’re doing a full week or several days worth of training! Here are you permanent registration and resync instructions:.
