USB headset set up with Windows 10: 1. Right click on the speaker located in the bottom right hand corner of the screen 2. Select SOUNDS or OPEN SOUND SETTINGS 3. If we hit SOUNDS then we will see the playback, recording, sounds, and communication app. Under playback and recording make sure headset says DEFAULT DEVICE and all other items say disabled or not plugged in (1st pic to the right) 4. If we hit OPEN SOUND SETTINGS make sure output and input are set to the headset. 4a) Now to the right of the page select “SOUND CONTROL PANEL”.. this will take you to the playback and recording tab mentioned in step 3. You now want to follow the same direction in step 3. (2nd pic to the right) Please make sure we are doing step 4a. We see a lot of Customers sent to product support because we are missing that step.
