What can I do if Dragon keeps freezing?

    Help help! My Dragon keeps freezing! Chill out, here are some tips from Nuance to help your Customer! 1) In Dragon, go to Profile then select Restore. If the Customer has backed up their profile, this will restore it to an earlier version of that profile, which may get rid of the problem. 2) If that doesn’t work, or you can’t get that far into Dragon, try this: For Windows: hit the Start button on the bottom left corner of your screen and select All Programs then... For Mac: hit COMMAND+F and then type in “Nuance” then... select Nuance, then select Dragon Naturally Speaking. Go to Users then delete the folder for the profile that is causing the trouble. You can ALWAYS make new profiles in Dragon!
